Krafton India Esports has officially announced the BMPS 2026 groups. The BMPS 2026 teams will begin their campaign this week on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. This is one of the most important BGMI events of 2026, where a prize pool of 2 crore INR is at stake, along with an EWC slot

BMPS 2026 Groups Revealed

Battleground Mobile Pro Series 2026 is going to feature the top 64 teams in the country. These teams will start their BMPS 2026 journey with the qualifiers on May 6, 2026. Each team will be playing 24 matches during the qualifiers. These matches will be played in 4 rounds.

The teams will go through a promotion-relegation system after each round. After the end of the qualifiers, 8 teams from Group D will be eliminated and the remaining 56 teams will progress to the later rounds.

BMPS 2026 Groups

Group A consists of the big organisations and teams that battled in the BGIS 2026 Grand Finals. After the end of 24 matches, the top 8 teams here will move directly to the BMPS 2026 grand finals, while the bottom 8 will play in the semis.
Group B features Jonathan Gaming's new lineup, Team Apex Gaming, and BGMS 2025 winners K9 Esports. The top 8 teams playing here will move into the Semis, while the rest will head to the survival stage.
Group C is the safest lot in the qualifiers stage. No team from this group will face elimination, and all of them will move to the BMPS 2026 survival stage despite the rankings.
Group D features the former BMPS Winners Team Aryan. This is the only group from which 8 teams will be eliminated.
