She was associated with BGMI for more than a year. She had a playable character with new emotes and outfits.

Deepika's partner in real life, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, also had a major stint as a BGMI brand ambassador. Ranveer Singh partnered with Krafton's leading title in September 2023. This collab launched the famous 'Play Pure' campaign.

Hardik Pandya was the first Indian cricketer to become a BGMI brand ambassador in 2023. The Indian all-rounder joined BGMI in October 2023. The collaboration was announced on the eve of Hardik's 30th birthday. Players had the chance to purchase voice packs and equip their character with the jersey of the Indian National Team.
